Almost on the water’s edge, this small family complex overlooks the sea and the countryside. It is situated on the edge of the town of Sitia, separated from the sandy beach by a pedestrian area.

All apartments and studios offer spacious and comfortable accommodation, the interior design reflecting the soft colours of the Aegean. Some have sea view and some garden view.

This house consists of 2 floors and has 2 different types of accommodation:

3 apartments type A1L for 3-4 persons, 1 separate bedroom with 1 double bed, living room/kitchenette with sleeping area for 2 persons, WC/shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, and a large balcony.
4 studios type ST for 2-3 persons, bed/living room with 1 double or 2 single beds, kitchenette, WC/shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe and a large balcony.

The two studios and one apartment enjoy views of the sea and town and all the rest have a view of the garden and countryside. There is free WiFi in all the building.
The nearest tavernas and cafes are only 10 m away. All other necessary shops, restaurants, mini markets, plus nightlife facilities are to be found in town, a few hundred meters or less, away. Ideal for families and couples, and well-situated for visitors wishing to enjoy the sea and beach all day.

The major attractions of the area are Vai, the only natural palm grove in the whole of Europe, the Minoan Palace in Kato Zakros, the famous Toplou Monastery, and the two islands Chrisi and Spinaloga.

For those wishing to explore further and discover the hidden corners of eastern Crete, with its many isolated beaches and picturesque villages, car hire is essential. Cleaning Service: Change of sheets/towels and cleaning is every 3-4 days.Extra cleaning is offered with an extra charge of €10 per time per studio and €16 per apartment.
